The idea for this project emerged while working with an innovative educational non-profit organization.
Qualitative Evaluation: As part of a qualitative evaluation, I conduct numerous in-depth and focus group interviews, including regular sessions with the director.
Increased Frequency: Over time, the frequency of these interviews with the director shifted from annually to bi-annually due to the rapid pace of developments, and also the involvement of the deputy director.
Documentation, Tracking and Evaluation: This long-term approach allows us to document and track progress in the project, the team, perspectives, and even personal development.
Feedback and Impact: The conclusions from these interviews not only serve as documentation and impact evaluation but also provide quick feedback within the organization.

I have been working as a sociological and market researcher since 1999. Initially, my focus was primarily on various NGOs. In 2009, I founded a family-owned company, Sociores, where I continue to work as an independent sociologist and market researcher. Driven by our clients' needs, we made a professional online survey platform, i-dotaznik.cz, serving SMEs, NGOs, state authorities, and more.
In addition to research, I have extensive experience in training, specifically in research methods and outdoor management training. My key areas of interest include surveys for urban planning, development, and public libraries.
My specialization lies in online surveys, research design, and qualitative data analysis.
